As per JSCPT Act, 2020 it is mandatory to register in JSCPT in order to practice as a physiotherapist in the State of Jharkhand.

Registration Process:

  • Visit https://jscpt.in
  • Go to the Registration Menu and click on the Online Registration
  • Fill all the details correctly
  • Payment Mode: RTGS/NEFT/UPI (Upload the screenshot/payment proof in the registration form)
  • Bank Details:

  • 5000 Rs for 5 years and 2500 Rs for renewal.
  • Below are the documents list you need to upload
    • BPT/MPT Degree / Provisional degree certificate
    • Internship completion certificate issued by college (Only for BPT)
    • BPT/MPT Course completion / attempt certificate issued by college
    • 1st Year to Final year BPT/MPT Marksheets
    • SSC / 10th marksheets
    • HSC / 12th Science marksheets
    • Address proof - (Aadhaar Card/Election Card/Electricity Bill/Rent Agreement)
    • Identity proof - (Aadhaar Card/Driving Licence/PAN Card/Passport)
    • Self declaration as per given format. Click to download
    • Present Employment Letter( if working)- optional.
    • No Objection Certificate from respective council (Applicable for States having PT Council)
    • Those Candidates who have passed BPT/MPT from states other than Jharkhand will need to verify their certificates from their respective university/institution or get it attested by the Dean/Principal or any other authorised signatory of the institute.
  • *The document should be in .PDF format with a size of less than 2 MB
  • *After successful application you need to visit council Office for verification of original documents. Please keep payment receipt and original documents with you for the purpose of verification.
  • *After successful verification, Registration application will be process by council. On successful registration you will receive registration certificate at your registered address within 90 days.
  • *Payment will not be accepted in cash.
  • *Registration fee is non- refundable.
About The Jharkhand State Council for Physiotherapy (JSCPT)

An Act to provide for the establishment of the Jharkhand Council for the purpose of coordination and determination of standards of education and of practice in the field of physiotherapy, and for the maintenance of a register of physiotherapists and to curb the fake physiotherapy clinics/centres and physiotherapists in the state, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
